1. TPlus Global - Fine Policy​

Dear TPlus Global customers!

This fine is to limit violations and help TPlus Global ad account operate safely and stably. We hope you understand and cooperate. Thank you!

  • If the account is found running TM or copyright, TPlus Global has the right to immediately revoke the account and the lessee will be subject to a fine of $100.

  • If receiving a warning from the TikTok or TPlus Global team, TPlus Global will be forced to revoke the running account and consider re-granting it if the lessee commits to comply with the policy.

  • The level of compensation if the account is suspended is $200 if the fault belongs to the customer. The determination of the fault will be decided by TPlus Global.

2. Privacy Policy​

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes how TPlus Global and its affiliates (collectively "TPlus Global") collect and process your personal information through Websites, devices, products, services that reference this Privacy Policy. By using TPlus Global's Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What Information Does TPlus Global Collect?​

We collect your information in order to support you to use the TikTok Platform. Moreover, your information also allows us to support you while you are using the TikTok Platform.

Here are the types of information we collect:

  • Your TikTok account information
  • Your payment information
  • Your campaigns

All information we receive from you is for the purpose of your stable business operation. You also understand that we only provide your information to TikTok and TikTok shall use your information in accordance with TikTok's Privacy Policy as https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy?lang=en

For What Purposes Does TPlus Global Use Your Information?​

We use your information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Services that we offer you. These purposes include:

  • Support you to use TikTok Platform under the scope of Services that TPlus Global is providing (visit Terms of Services to know more about Services).
  • Provide to TikTok in accordance with the Framework Agreement between TPlus Global and TikTok.
  • Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your information to comply with laws.
  • Communicate with you. We use your information to communicate with you in relation to TPlus Global via different channels (e.g., by phone, e-mail, chat).

What Information Do You Receive From Us?​

To help you use our Services, you will receive the following information:

  • Our pricing policy applied for you.
  • Our payment information.
  • Consultancy to help you use the TikTok platform that we do not publish to any channels.

You understand that you have not been permitted to share and provide any information you received from us for any purpose to any third party.

Does TPlus Global Share Your Information?​

Your information is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling your information to others. We share your information only as described below and with subsidiaries of TPlus Global that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, your information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. Also, in the unlikely event that TPlus Global or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Protection of TPlus Global and Others: We release accounts and other information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Services and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of TPlus Global, our users, or others.

How Secure Is Information About Me?​

  • We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.
  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
  • We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.
  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal customer information.
  • Our devices offer security features to protect them against unauthorized access and loss of data. You can control these features and configure them based on your needs.

3. Terms of Services​

This is an agreement between you and TPlus Global, including but not limited to TPlus Global and its affiliates who are operating https://app.tplusglobal.co ("TPlus Global" or "we"). Please read these Terms of Services, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available at the https://app.tplusglobal.co website. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your company and others who use Services under your account.

For the purpose of these Terms of Services:

"Services" means the provision of TikTok Software, Digital Content, and support and other available resources that TikTok and TPlus Global provide to you. TPlus Global is an Agency of TikTok Pte. Ltd. under Framework Agreement dated 25 June 2021. TPlus Global will help you to create advertising accounts under TPlus Global's Agency account and provide related support that allow you to run such advertising accounts for your business purpose.

"Website" means https://app.tplusglobal.co

"TikTok Software" means all software TikTok makes available to you for use and you must comply with all policies of TikTok, and TPlus Global shall not be responsible for any resources when you are using TikTok as advertising channels.

"Digital Content" means digitized content (including third-party content), such as videos, music, apps, games, skills, photos, audio, books, newspapers, magazines, and related features and functionality.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Services by posting updates and changes to the Website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1 - Use of Services​

a. Requirements​

By agreeing to these Terms of Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You shall not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any malwares or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Website does not contain discrimination content on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

b. Our working process to use Services​

  • Step 1. You must have a TikTok account first by registering at https://www.tiktok.com/signup

  • Step 2. TPlus Global will create advertising accounts under TPlus Global's Agency account, and then link your TikTok Account to such advertising accounts. You may be allowed to have more than one advertising account.

  • Step 3. To use advertising accounts, you must transfer the advertising budget to our Payment Account, and then we shall top-up the advertising budget to your advertising accounts.

  • Step 4. You can use advertising accounts for your business purpose as long as your activities comply with the Terms of Services, TikTok's policies and applicable Laws.

Please Note: TPlus Global will not be held responsible if customers intentionally violate the following rules:

  • Deploying products or services without obtaining prior approval from TPlus Global.
  • Running prohibited products, such as weight loss, endocrine, sexual health, breast augmentation, MLM, financial, gambling, etc.
  • Advertisers engaging in spam actor/bad actor activities.
  • Altering landing page content, running landing pages featuring individuals wearing badges, doctors, third-party logos, or having redirect links that violate unauthorized product guidelines.
  • Users associated with ad accounts that have a history of policy violations, engage in system evasion, or intentionally fail to pay advertising expenses will have their accounts suspended without refunds.

Section 2 - General Conditions​

We reserve the right to refuse to anyone for any reason at any time. By using the Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, TikTok's policies and these Terms of Services and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any website where this Terms of Services is found.

We understand that your TikTok account and all activities of the advertising accounts, including but not limited to spending advertising budget, content, photo, video, music and products, are owned and managed by you, thus you must be solely responsible for all activities happening to your account and advertising accounts.

Section 3 - Right and Responsibility​

a. TPlus Global's right and responsibility:​

  1. Receive service fee in full as mentioned in Payment Policy.

  2. Support you to handle all issues regarding to provided advertising accounts.

  3. Suspend or close any advertising accounts in case you do not comply with TikTok's policies and violate any terms as listed on the Website.

  4. Receive the compensation of 200 USD if your advertising accounts are suspended. The compensation shall be deducted from your balance account.

  5. Top-up to Advertising Accounts within 6 working hours when TPlus Global receives advertising budget.

  6. Consult and support you to set up TikTok Account and advertising accounts.

  7. Update trending songs in market.

  8. Activate beta functions for you.

  9. Review campaigns and appeal campaigns if they meet appeal requirements.

  10. Refund the balance in advertising accounts to you within 2 business days if you stop using advertising accounts.

  11. Transfer balances between advertising accounts in accordance with TikTok's policy.

  12. Keep confidential information in accordance with TikTok's policy and in accordance with applicable Laws.

  13. TPlus Global has the right to disable and remove ads in case of violating TPlus Global and TikTok Ad Policy.

  14. If you intentionally create multiple accounts on the system, TPlus Global reserves the right to block all violating accounts without prior notice.

  15. TPlus Global has the right to revoke inactive accounts that have had no spending activity for 30 days.

b. Your right and responsibility:​

  1. Be provided advertising accounts by TPlus Global.

  2. Be received all supports from TPlus Global when you use Services, including but not limited to top up to advertising accounts, active functions and other support to manage advertising accounts stably.

  3. Be refunded the balance if stopping to use advertising accounts.

  4. Comply with TikTok's policies and all terms as set out in the Website.

  5. Transfer advertising budget and service fee to TPlus Global's payment account to top-up advertising accounts.

  6. Shall not share or transfer or disclose the provided TikTok Account and advertising accounts information for any purpose to any third party.

  7. Keep confidential information in accordance with TikTok's policy and applicable Laws.

Section 4 - Termination​

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically be terminated without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, TPlus Global may immediately revoke your access to the advertising accounts.

In case you request to stop using one or all advertising accounts, the remaining balance shall be refunded to you or transferred to active advertising accounts within 2 business days if there are no issues incurred from your activities.

Section 5 - Dispute​

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement is subject to the dispute resolution, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms in the Website.

Section 6 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability​

All products or resources are developed and manufactured by TikTok and third parties, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of your activities except our providing Services.

Without limiting the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability terms in the Website, unless otherwise required by applicable law, in no event will our or our licensors' aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Services exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

Section 7 - TikTok Ads Spam/Suspicious Violation​

There is an ad violation called "Spam/Suspicious" which is explained by 2 main reasons:

  • Advertisers did advertise on TikTok in the past and had the suspended ad account with any violation detected -> TikTok could keep reviewing and detecting those advertisers and suspend the new ad account they use.

  • Advertisers are using the creatives (product/image/video/ or any URL information) related to TikTok bad actors that had the scam/violating ads. -> All the advertisers using similar creatives will be prevented from TikTok ads.

If you (TPlus Global client) did advertise on TikTok before with any suspending ad account (your old ad account), please tell us so that we can guide you to protect your benefits. If you do not inform us in advance and keep submitting your ads, when TikTok detects your violation and suspends our agency ad account, you will lose all your remaining balance on the ad account. We could also charge you for compensation due to impacting your business and TPlus Global's reputation as a TikTok Agency Partner.

Section 8 - Governing Law​

These Terms of Services and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Section 9 - Changes to Terms of Service​

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Services at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Services by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Autopayment Policy​

This policy aims to provide specific and clear information regarding the use of the Auto Topup feature on the TPlus Global platform. By accepting this policy, users allow the system to automatically transfer funds from their TPlus Global account to the Ads account when a predetermined threshold is reached.

Conditions and Terms​

Confirmation and Acceptance​

By using the Auto Topup feature on the TPlus Global platform, users must agree to the terms and conditions of this policy. Utilizing this feature implies the user's acceptance of the system automatically executing payment transactions according to their settings.

Threshold Setting​

Users can set a specific threshold for their Ads account balance. When the Ads account balance reaches or falls below this threshold, the system will automatically top up the Ads account from the TPlus Global balance.

Top-up Amount Setting​

Users can set the desired amount to top up their Ads account.

Functionality and Flexibility​

The Auto Topup feature is designed to provide flexibility for users in managing advertising expenses. Users can turn off or adjust the settings of this feature at any time from their account on the TPlus Global platform.

Privacy and Security Policy​

All payment transactions executed through the Auto Topup feature will adhere to the security and privacy regulations of the TPlus Global platform. User account and payment information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
